Returns within 14 days of purchase are eligible for in-store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds. Product must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached.

To complete your return for in-store credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Order Returns

Online orders that would like to be exchanged may be mailed to us, or returned in store, following the same outline of our Return Policy. Items must be unworn with tags still attached, and a receipt for proof of purchase is required.

Chelsea's Boutique is not responsible for paying for shipping costs to return items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we do recommend the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
